Marissa has 20 years of planning and management services in the water and sewer industry. Her areas of emphasis include program development and implementation planning; stakeholder engagement and coordination; management of multi-disciplinary teams for development of technical products and deliverables; and mentoring and supporting development of young staff.

Senior Water Resources Planner and Client Services Leader for Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) projects. In this role, Marissa manages client and peer consulting relations for multiple projects and coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services. Project manager for five contracts with PWD – Water Resources Compliance and Technical Support, Technical Support for Hydraulic and Hydrologic (H&H) Modeling and Data Analyses, Technical Support for Data Analysis and Logistics Management, Linear Asset Management Planning and Hydrodynamic and Water Quality Modeling.
