Aaron is Sci-Tek’s Engineering Manager and Civil Practice Lead and has over 22 years of civil engineering experience. His experience includes being a representative for owners and tenants in commercial real estate, overseeing land development, new construction, and adaptive reuse projects across the country. He is accustomed to leading multi-disciplined design and construction teams while collaborating with property owners to ensure proper architectural and engineering standards are maintained.

His major areas of emphasis include project and contract management, risk assessment, process improvement, permitting, government relations, site design, stormwater management, erosion & sedimentation control, retaining wall and slope stability analysis, preparation of construction plans, technical specifications, and cost estimating.
