Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
- Identified uses of the property, based on reasonably ascertainable and practically reviewable standard historical sources.
- Evaluated the interior and exterior of any buildings on the property and surrounding areas to identify evidence of recognized environmental conditions that may require remedial action.
- Documented observed evidence of aboveground and underground storage tanks and observed nearby environmental risks that may affect the site’s environmental condition.
- Identified abandoned mine openings, portals, entrances to caves, and evidence of acid mine drainage.
- Provided a written Phase I Environmental Site Assessment report including photographs, conclusions, and recommendations.
Asbestos Inspection
- Collected asbestos bulk samples to submit to a National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program accredited laboratory for analysis.
- Prepared a final report of identified asbestos containing materials including location, type, condition and estimated quantities, bulk sample methodology, laboratory reports; and recommended response actions.
Lead Paint Inspection
- Obtained samples of painted surfaces utilizing an XRF automatic sampler, which detects lead in the painted surface without damage to the paint or surface.
- Prepared a final report which includes lead-based paint locations and conditions, sample methodologies, and recommended response actions.
